Our aim is to create fun learning environments that enable children to develop and be the best they can be.

The technically advanced / gifted & talented will be invited into our ETC (Elite Training Centre) to be held at Ockham on Wednesdays evenings at 6:00pm. Sessions will run each term from 6:00 – 7.15pm.

We promote winning and losing in the right manner from a young age, treating others with respect and establishing levels of responsibility and leadership qualities within all of our players. UFA encourages a style of play that allows players to play with freedom, without fear of making mistakes and promotes individual creativity and innovation in possession.

Programme designed by UEFA B Licence / Youth Module Director. Academy Director has 25 years experience, 12 years in professional football including Chelsea FC.
Fun, fully integrated technical training model.
Minimum 30 weeks training programme.
Movement literacy programme (ABCS).
Self-reflection, Individual action plans, Goal setting specific to learners individual needs.
Regular Individual feedback from your coach / Termly assessments.
Skill testing programme to help measure performance and achievement.
Fixtures against specially invited teams.
Pathway into professional club academies i.e. Bournemouth, Chelsea, Fulham
