It has been recognised by the Football Association that the 4 to 7 age bracket are the ‘golden years’ for children to learn. This is where a coach can have a stronger influence and positive impact with children, helping technique, develop confidence, help improve movement literacy and coordination skills.

UFA Mini Kicker Football U5 & U6 Mini Kicker programme runs from 9.30am – 10.30am on Saturday mornings at Notre Dame School Cobham.
Aims & Objectives
Founder Scott Rimmer (UEFA B / FA TID L2), had a key role at Chelsea FC developing foundation programmes for the Club, and UFA is now very committed to providing pathways for children as young as 4 years of age.
The programme is designed as the perfect introduction for children to the game.
- UFA MK provides high quality, age appropriate football classes
- Learn new skills and improve techniques such as movement, dribbling, turning, passing, shooting, goal celebrations
- Fun environment provides an entry and pathway into team football
– UFA MK guarantees experience and energetic coaches to run and deliver the sessions.
– UFA MK Improve children physically and develop ABC’s (Agility. Balance, Coordination).
– Coaches Introduce children to fun practices and games that encourage creativity, build confidence and help develop risk taking/decision-making.
- UFA believe in implementing 3v3 small sided games to help children learn the rules of the game, and develop an appreciation for attacking and defending principles.
– Mini -Kickers prepares children for U7 5v5 football where they will eventually play weekly matches against other local teams.
- Method & Outline

Pathway and model is designed and delivered by professional experienced UEFA coaches (DBS Cleared / Emergency Aid/Safeguarding training) with Premiership Club experience.
Emphasis on 1v1 games to develop skill and confidence
Sessions to focus on ball mastery, movement literacy and coordination
Activities will encourage children to master the football, be creative, encourage risk taking
