Our Academy
The UFA Elite Pre-Academy Programme is hosted at Notre Dame School, Cobham, Surrey.
The environment offers young footballers, both girls and boys aged 5-11, the opportunity to further develop skill at an early age with elite level coaches. Based in Surrey, this programme provides aspiring players with a unique learning and playing environment led by UEFA & FA-qualified coaches who deliver a tailored football education to young learners.
Children receive high-quality, age-appropriate coaching that encompasses the FA’s 4 Corner approach, strong emphasis on skill development, giving players a foundation to build. The training sessions are fun, engaging and designed to challenge young players while also ensuring they thrive in a supportive atmosphere.
The programme is highly regarded for its fantastic facilities at Notre Dame School Cobham, Elite level coaches, and the Club creating a positive and encouraging environment both on and off the pitch. Whilst our Player Performance Centres focus on technical progression, the Elite Pre-Academy aims to provide young athletes with the tools and mindset necessary for potential future advancement within the nations leading game.
Our three-tier model enables all players to have a pathway into weekly club football, and progress through to UFA Select level.
UFA Mini Kicker provides a 1st class environment for Pre School, Reception and School Year 1 children. The fun sessions provide a pathway into U7 3v3 football, working with Clubs such as Oxshott Royals Youth FC.
UFA FC is a development Club that provides a supplementary experience for players attached to other Football Clubs & Leagues. Our team of UEFA A, B & C Coaches ensure children receive the very best coaching & training experiences.
